About Rowan

Rowan is a dedicated breathwork guide and trainer who has the ability to bring calm, safety and security to any space. With a focus on providing people a space to go deep into their own experience he guides breathers to embrace all that breathwork can bring.

Rowan has used the breath extensively in his own life to centre, enhance creativity and clarity and connect deeply with himself well as supporting others in the midst of mental health breakdown.

Services

Group Breathwork

I guide breathwork open group sessions both in-person and online. This hybrid approach allows me to offer breathwork and its healing as widely as possible. These open sessions are a great place to breath with other people and connect.

1-to-1 Breathwork

My 1-to-1 breathing sessions allow me to focus on you and your particular needs, supporting you in the best way possible. For example these sessions could be used to focus on going deep into your experience using the breath or tailor specific breathing techniques to help support you in everyday life.

Corporate Breathwork

Breathwork has been proven to reduce stress, sick leave and anxiety as well as promoting creativity and insight. Breathwork can in incorporated as part of your regular well-being program or during team building events, conferences or company get-togethers.

Private Groups

As well as public group sessions I also facilitate private groups. This could be in your own home, a space you hire or as part of a retreat. The breathwork session is tailored to your and your group's needs.

Festivals

Adding breathwork to a festival's wellbeing offering is a great to help people get the most out their experience. Breathwork enlivens people, increasing their energy and openness to connection with others while at the same time helping them centre and relax.

Theatre

As well as guiding breathwork I also offer technical theatre services. When doing this, as well as bringing the technical skills to the space, I also bring a calm and steadiness. Breathwork can be incorporated into the creative process and give your members techniques to better handle stress, nerves and agitation.

Confidentiality a core element of creating safe spaces that allow us to go deep into the process and experience any emotions that might arise.

Breath is the Guru

I believe the breath is the guru that we all have access to whenever we need it. With the breath we can tap into our own innate knowings, access emotions and insights and process difficult or traumatic events.

Personalised Approach

Everyone has their own individual needs and what works for one person might not work for another. Using different breathing techniques I will help you put a breath toolkit together that is tailored to you.

Breathwork is, fundamentally, taking conscious control of breath to create a change or effect. This could be for emotional and trauma release, manage stress or anxiety, increase focus and creativity, improve physical performance or simply put yourself into a relaxed state.
